Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: The online contest is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of kül grilles and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period: The contest runs from March 3, 2024, and ends on March 31, 2024.
3. Entry Requirements: To enter the contest, participants must share a picture of their ugliest vent covers on our designated contest landing page. Only entries submitted within the contest period will be considered valid.
4. Image Rights: By participating in the contest, entrants grant kül grilles the right to use their submitted images for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media posts, website content, and advertising materials.
5. Prize: The winner will receive a brand new vent cover makeover from kül grilles, valued at up to $500. The prize includes free kül grille replacements for the ugliest vent cover submitted by the winner. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
6. Winner Selection: The winner will be selected based on the ugliest vent cover submitted, as determined by the judging panel at kül grilles. The judging criteria may include factors such as uniqueness, creativity, and overall condition of the vent cover.
7. Winner Announcement: The winner of the contest will be announced on April 6, 2024, on kül grilles' official social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Participants are encouraged to follow @kulgrilles to stay updated on contest announcements.
8. Notification: The winner will also be contacted directly via the social media platform through which they submitted their entry. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Publicity: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow kül grilles to use their name, likeness, and submitted images for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. General Conditions: kül grilles reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the terms and conditions of the contest or is deemed inappropriate or offensive. The company also reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time without prior notice.

By participating in the contest, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the decisions of kül grilles, which are final and binding in all matters related to the contest.
