If you receive an incorrect item or your item gets damaged in transit we will replace your kul grille free of charge.
If there is a problem with your kul grille purchase, we are here to help:
*** Please note that we do have a 20% restocking fee for incorrectly measured standard size stock grilles. All custom orders are non-refundable. It is important that you measure the hole/opening for your air vent cover as per these detailed measurement guidelines.
Returns: If your grille is damaged or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. We do reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned items.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note: Once an item has shipped, order cancellation is not possible.
At kul, our top priority is a happy customer. Every kul grille is hand made with extreme care from the finest metals and quality inspected throughout the process to ensure the vent cover you purchased is everything you expected.
If you should have a structural problem with your vent cover, we will replace the vent covers for up to one year after placing your order. kul grilles does not warranty scratches or general wear and tear.
