You will receive a tracking link in your order shipment notification email.
Orders are typically confirmed within minutes of the order being placed. It is quickly reviewed and approved to ensure all order details are correct. Once we have confirmed your order, you will receive a confirmation email notification. From time to time, based on the users email settings the notification can go to your junk mail. If an order is over $2,500 USD, U.S. Customs will require a Valid Tax ID # or an SSN in order to clear the shipment as the grilles are shipping from Canada. Please provide one or the other to ensure the shipment clears as quickly as possible for you. (This was put in place as a border security measure after 9/11 by the US Government to have the ability to track financial transactions over $2,500 from out of the country to make sure goods were actually shipping to the address stated and that the money was not being laundered or used to fund terrorism.)
